The June edition of the club newsletter, Soundings, is out now! It includes articles about trips planned and undertaken by club members: whale watching in Alaska, training in Skye and a long open crossing from Northern Ireland to Scotland and back. There's also an article about the recent clean-up of Dalkey Island, an identification guide for Mediterranean and black-headed gulls, both of which can be seen locally and the first crossword from our new crossword editor!
 Soundings was posted to all paid-up club members on 28th June. If you're a member but you haven't received your copy for some reason, please get in touch.
The next edition will be in September this year, just after the summer holiday period. Why not write a short article to tell us all what you've been up to? The copy deadline for the September edition will be Monday 23rd August. |
