Before you join us
You must be at least 18 years of age.
We want everyone to enjoy their paddling with us in a safe, adventurous, outdoor environment. We run meets at all levels from improver through to experienced paddlers. ECSKC does not accept complete beginners, therefore we ask that all paddlers joining us have completed basic training from a recognised provider to Canoeing Ireland Sea Skills Level 2 Peer Award proficiency, or equivalent/above.

How to join
All you need to do is complete the online registration form, pay your subscription for the year and you'll immediately gain access to the benefits of club membership. We also sign you up as a member of Canoeing Ireland, which in turn gives you access to their members' third party and public liability insurance. Registration with Canoeing Ireland and insurance coverage might take a couple of weeks for us to organise, therefore please pay your membership promptly.
Once you have completed the form:
- We'll immediately send you an email with your username.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address. You must do this to complete registration and to gain members' access to the website.
Following registration you will be contacted by a committee member or club leader to welcome you and to explain how the club works.
